About the Internship
About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our growing IT company. This is a hands-on, in-office role where you will be involved in end-to-end recruitment, employee management, and HR operations. You will receive complete training and gain exposure to core HR functions while contributing to building structured processes for the organization’s expansion.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
1. Post job openings on portals (login credentials will be provided)
2. Source candidates through colleges, LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and headhunting
3. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
4. Schedule and coordinate interviews for HR
5. Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments
6. Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
7. Assist in campus hiring and alternate recruitment strategies
8. Support salary negotiation discussions
HR Operations & Administration
1. Handle joining formalities and exit interviews
2. Assist in manpower analysis and workforce planning
3. Work on the internal HR management system (training provprovidedHelp streamline HR processes to build a structured, process-driven environment.
Employee Engagement & Management
1. Support employee retention initiatives
2. Organize welfare activities, birthdays, festivals, and engagement events
3. Maintain leave records (sanction/rejection coordination)
4. Assist in creating a healthy and positive workplace culture
5. Support yearly recognition initiatives
Performance Management
1. Assist in 360-degree performance reviews
2. Track monthly and annual performance progress
3. Maintain documentation and performance records
