About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:A. Sourcing Candidates:
1. Posting job openings on job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
2. Searching resumes using job boards and databases.
3. Identifying potential candidates through social media and networking.
B. Screening & Shortlisting:
1. Reviewing resumes and applications.
2. Conducting initial phone screenings.
3. Shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
C. Interview Coordination:
1. Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
2. Sending interview confirmations and reminders.
3. Coordinating feedback collection after interviews.
D. Communication:
1. Communicating job details to candidates.
2. Providing updates on application status.
3. Handling candidate queries professionally.
E. Database Management:
1. Maintaining candidate records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
2. Updating recruitment trackers (Excel/HR software).
3. Organizing candidate documents.
F. Administrative Support:
1. Preparing offer letters.
2. Assisting in onboarding documentation.
3. Maintaining recruitment reports.
