About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Supporting end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing candidates through platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, shortlisting candidates and assisting with offer rollouts.
2. Manage and maintain the recruitment pipeline by tracking candidates at each hiring stage, updating internal trackers, ensuring timely follow-ups and coordinating with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
3. Assist in HR Operations and employee lifecycle support, including onboarding coordination, maintaining employee records, updating HRMS platforms and supporting documentation related to joining, exits, and HR compliance.
4. Maintain and regularly update internal company databases, trackers, MIS reports and documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and data integrity across systems.
5. Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communication activities and coordination across departments to enhance employee experience and workplace collaboration.
