About the Internship

1. Assist with recruitment processes, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
3. Assist with employee relations activities, including resolving employee queries and issues.
4. Maintain employee records and databases in MS-Excel with confidentiality and accuracy.
5. Assist with HR compliance activities, including updating policies and procedures.
6. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention.
7. Develop effective communication skills through interactions with employees and stakeholders.
