Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
2. Create and post job descriptions across platforms
3. Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
4. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews
5. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
6. Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain candidate records
7. Communicate offers and manage negotiation processes
8. Provide regular reports on hiring metrics
9. Enhance employer branding initiatives
10. Ensure an inclusive and bias-free hiring process
