About the Internship
As a human resources intern at Trueassets Consultancy Pvt Ltd., you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your role will involve working closely with the HR team to support various functions and initiatives within the department.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Conducting initial screenings of potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the company.
3. Assisting with onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
4. Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
5. Assisting with HR projects and initiatives as needed, such as employee engagement surveys or training programs.
6. Utilizing MS-Excel to create and maintain HR reports and analytics for management review.
7. Demonstrating effective communication skills to liaise with employees, management, and external stakeholders, while also showcasing strong English proficiency in spoken and written communication.
