About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing resumes, screening candidates, scheduling interviews)
2. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
3. Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
4. Assist in drafting HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and policies
5. Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication
