Job Description (keep it detailed):
1) Support in pre-joining documentation and joining formalities
2) Assist in smooth onboarding of GT Sales employees
3) Update the employee master database and ensure proper filing and employee documentation.
4) Verification of attendance, TADA, and other payroll inputs.
5) Support day-to-day HR operations and coordination
Key skills Required:
1) MBA (HR) / Graduate pursuing or recently completed HR specialization
2) Sincere, hardworking, and responsible
3) Strong attention to detail and accuracy
4) Good knowledge of MS Excel
5) Good communication and coordination skills
6) Willingness to take initiative and learn
