About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:1. Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions.
2. Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
3. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
6. Maintain a database of potential candidates and track recruitment metrics.
7. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
8. Collaborate with HR team members on employer branding initiatives.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, best hiring practices, and recruitment tools.
