About the Internship
As a Human Resources intern at Xovex IT International, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your proficiency in MS-Office, English (written and spoken), document management, HRIS, team management, teamwork, and problem-solving skills will be essential in supporting our HR team.1. Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing new hire documentation.
2. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
3. Support in organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees.
4. Assist in performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback.
5. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives, contributing innovative ideas and solutions.
6. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and preparing HR-related documents.
7. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve HR processes and enhance employee engagement.
