About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting with the preparation and processing of new hire paperwork and documentation.
2. Supporting the onboarding process by ensuring all administrative tasks are completed for new employees.
3. Maintaining and updating employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
4. Assisting with offboarding logistics, including exit paperwork and system access termination.
5. Assisting recruiters in identifying and sourcing passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, and professional networks.
6. Reviewing resumes and applications to assess basic qualifications and fit.
7. Scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travel (if applicable), and managing communication between candidates and hiring managers.
