About the Internship
We’re looking for a 'Human Resources Intern' to support the people and operations function at StackPro. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their HR/operations career and looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech environment. You’ll work closely with the Founders to support recruiting, culture, admin tasks, and overall office operations.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
A. Talent Acquisition Support:
1. Assist in sourcing candidates from job portals and LinkedIn
2. Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and scheduling
3. Support in creating job descriptions and internship postings
4. Help maintain candidate pipelines and records
B. HR Operations:
1. Assist with documentation, onboarding, and maintaining employee files
2. Help manage attendance, leave tracking, and HR systems
3. Support in policy documentation and organizing employee data
4. Office & Operations Support
5. Coordinate with vendors, maintain office supplies, and assist in office upkeep
6. Support basic admin tasks like asset tracking, event logistics, and travel coordination
7. Help improve operational processes and maintain smooth day-to-day functioning
C. Culture & Engagement:
1. Assist in planning team events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities
2. Support in running internal communication and recognition initiatives
