About the Internship
As an HR intern at SmartED, you will gain practical, hands-on experience in recruitment and onboarding while improving your spoken and written English communication skills.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Conduct initial phone screenings and preliminary interviews with candidates.
3. Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new employees.
4. Maintain accurate and updated candidate information in the HR database.
5. Assist in organizing and conducting training and induction sessions for new hires.
6. Participate in HR meetings and contribute ideas to enhance HR operations and processes.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team when required.
