About the Internship
Key Responsibilities:Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
Support in onboarding documentation and joining formalities
Eligibility Criteria:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
Immediate joiners preferred
