About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Develop and execute a targeted research strategy to understand client companies, their competitors, and market dynamics
2. Map role criteria, draft position descriptions, and document specifications to ensure alignment with client needs
3. Utilize a variety of channels to track and identify prospective candidates
4. Conduct thorough assessments of candidates to, follow up on referencess, cultural fit, and compatibility
5. Perform confidential interviews, follow up on references confidential interviews background checks
6. Present shortlisted candidates to clients, providing comprehensive profiles and summaries
7. Offer guidance throughout the negotiation process, ensuring a smooth completion of recruitment
8. Support clients and candidates during the transition and onboarding phases.
9. Build and maintain enduring client relationships through onboarding phases networking
10. Specialize in a specific industry or job function, continuously developing your expertise and recruiting leads
11. Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their strategic goals, financial objectives, and specific hiring requirements
