About the Internship
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process for various roles across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and fulfilling hiring targets in a timely manner.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. End-to-end recruitment
a. Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job posting to offer rollout.
b. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team structures, and skill needs.
2. Talent sourcing
a. Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases, and employee referrals.
b. Proactively build talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
3. Screening & shortlisting
a. Conduct resume screening, telephonic interviews, and skill assessments.
b. Shortlist candidates based on job requirements, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
4. Interview coordination
a. Schedule interviews with HR manager/department heads and manage communication with candidates.
b. Ensure timely feedback collection and next-step coordination.
5. Candidate experience
a. Maintain regular and professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
b. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
6. Reporting & database management
a. Maintain and update candidate records in recruitment software or Excel trackers.
b. Prepare hiring status reports, TAT tracking, and open position summaries.
7. Employer branding
a. Promote the company’s values and culture through job ads, social media, and campus engagement.
b. Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and recruitment drives.
8. Recruitment strategy support
a. Support the HR manager in improving recruitment strategies and reducing hiring turnaround time.
b. Analyze hiring trends and contribute to workforce planning efforts.
