About the Internship
We are a senior-led recruitment firm working with bilingual (English and Japanese) tech talent in Japan. We’re opening limited intern slots for someone who wants real ownership in end-to-end, relationship-driven hiring (not volume work). This is hands-on exposure to high-trust recruiting, with direct mentorship by IIT/ISB AlumsSelected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and map bilingual Japan-based tech professionals using LinkedIn and public sources.
2. Work closely with senior-level professionals in high-growth roles and expand a premium LinkedIn network early in your career.
3. Maintain clean data tags in our CRM (role, domain, location, language signal, status)
4. Handle sourcing, screening, scheduling of interviews, and respectful follow-ups following Japanese business etiquette
