About the Internship
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR recruiter to oversee the complete recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding suitable talent while ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience aligned with company objectives.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design and execute effective hiring plans to meet organizational staffing needs.
2. Identify potential candidates through platforms such as Internshala, Job Hai, Naukri, LinkedIn, social media channels, and referrals.
3. Review applications and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
4. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads.
5. Handle offer letters, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
6. Assist in onboarding activities and employee documentation.
7. Support employee engagement initiatives and conduct regular feedback sessions to enhance retention.
