About the Internship
We are looking for a proactive Operations Intern to support day-to-day operational activities across HR operations, client onboarding, and employee asset management. This role provides hands-on exposure to how a growing consulting firm manages people, clients, and internal processes.Key Responsibilities:
A. HR Operations
1. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
2. Maintain and update employee records, documents, and trackers
3. Assist with HR documentation (offer letters, contracts, NDAs, policy acknowledgements)
4. Coordinate background verification and compliance checks (as applicable)
5. Support leave, attendance, and basic HR reporting
B. Client Onboarding & Operations
1. Assist in client onboarding activities and documentation
2. Maintain client master data, contracts, and engagement records
3. Track onboarding checklists and coordinate with internal stakeholders
4. Support preparation of client decks, proposals, and operational documents
C. Employee Asset Tracking & Management
1. Maintain inventory of employee assets (laptops, access cards, peripherals, licenses, etc.)
2. Track asset allocation, returns, and condition status
3. Coordinate with IT/vendors for asset procurement and handover
4. Maintain accurate asset registers and audit-ready documentation
D. General Operations Support
1. Maintain process trackers, SOPs, and internal documentation
2. Support internal audits and compliance-related activities
3. Assist leadership with ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks
4. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and documentation
