About the Internship
As a horticulturist/supervisor intern at Ayyappa Gardens, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in planning, problem-solving, and effective communication while working in a dynamic and innovative environment.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the planning and execution of horticultural projects within the garden.
2. Supervising a team of gardeners and providing guidance on best practices for plant care.
3. Performing regular inspections to ensure the health and vitality of all plant life.
4. Collaborating with the management team to develop strategies for garden improvement.
5. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to plant health, pests, or diseases.
6. Communicating effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
7. Contributing creative ideas and solutions to enhance the beauty and sustainability of the garden.
