About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
2. Develop and implement training programs to onboard new employees and enhance existing skills.
3. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create customized programs.
4. Conduct training sessions on topics such as customer service, sales techniques, and leadership development.
5. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback to continuously improve programs.
6. Assist in creating training materials, such as presentations, manuals, and online modules.
7. Support overall HR functions, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
