About the Internship
This internship focuses on designing marketing assets that support campaigns, product communication, partnerships, and brand distribution. The role requires understanding the purpose behind each design, not just visual aesthetics.A. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design marketing assets such as posters, flyers, banners, brochures, one-pagers, email headers, and campaign visuals
2. Create social media creatives for organic and paid campaigns
3. Translate marketing briefs into clear, structured visual outputs with proper message hierarchy
4. Design creatives aligned to specific audiences, platforms, and call-to-actions
5. Adapt designs across multiple sizes and formats while maintaining brand consistency
6. Follow established brand guidelines, including colour systems, typography, and reusable components
7. Deliver all final assets using Canva
B. Marketing & design expectations:
1. Apply basic marketing principles such as audience intent, funnel stages, and conversion-focused visual prioritisation
2. Design with a marketing objective rather than purely decorative intent
3. Work comfortably with outcome-driven briefs and timelines
C. AI tool usage:
1. Use AI tools to improve speed and efficiency in ideation, layout exploration, image cleanup, and resizing
2. Tool choice is flexible, with emphasis on output quality and efficiency
