About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:A. Visual Content Creation:
1. Assist in designing eye-catching graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital ads.
2. Support in producing creative assets for client campaigns, including carousels, banners, and promotional visuals.
B. Brand Consistency:
1. Ensure all designs align with INIRI’s and clients’ brand guidelines, tone, and aesthetic.
2. Help maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms and campaigns.
C. Collaboration & Ideation:
1. Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm innovative visual concepts.
2. Contribute to ideation sessions for campaigns, client pitches, and content strategy.
D. Content Adaptation & Optimization:
1. Adapt design assets for multiple formats and platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, website, emails, etc.).
2. Assist in optimizing visuals for engagement, reach, and performance.
3. Take ownership of smaller design tasks, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
E. Learning & Development:
1. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
2. Be open to feedback and implement it to improve design skills and efficiency.
