About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Enabling cross-department execution by coordinating priorities and reducing delays across teams.
2. Creating clarity for decision-making through dashboards, trackers, and progress reports.
3. Supporting problem-solving initiatives via research, analysis, and internal improvement work.
4. Driving accountability from meetings by documenting discussions, tracking action items, and following through to closure.
5. Translating ideas into usable documentation such as briefs, presentations, and review decks.
6. Reducing friction across teams by proactively identifying gaps in information, timelines, or ownership
7. Developing leadership understanding by shadowing the founder and observing real-world decision-making
