2. Track key metrics, analyze data, and share insights to guide business strategy
3. Own and drive high-impact projects like new launches, ops setup, or pilots
4. Work closely with the Founder- join meetings, manage follow-ups, and support daily tasks
5. Set up systems for tracking, communication, and team productivity
6. Coordinate across teams and help with hiring and onboarding tasks
7. Draft emails, reports, or social content aligned with brand voice
