About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Work directly with the founder to build real-world AI decision systems for regulated enterprises
2. Develop and train machine learning models, including domain-specific LLMs/SLMs
3. Build end-to-end AI pipelines for document understanding, decision logic, and automation
4. Experiment with fine-tuning, embeddings, RAG, and model optimization techniques
5. Deploy and test AI models in production-like environments
6. Analyze data, evaluate model performance, and iterate quickly
7. Document experiments, learnings, and system designs clearly
