About the Internship

We are a research-driven financial intelligence company focused on market structure, scenario planning, and high-probability decision frameworks. We are seeking a Financial Markets Analyst who will work live with markets on a daily basis, support real-time trading decisions, and help translate research insights into execution-ready actions.

This role sits at the intersection of research, live data, and decision-making. The individual will actively monitor markets, evaluate scenarios in real time, and support execution aligned with our proprietary research frameworks.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

A. Live Market Monitoring & Decision Support
1. Track global and domestic financial markets in real time (equities, indices, derivatives, FX, or other relevant instruments).
2. Provide live decision support during market hours based on price action, volatility, flows, and evolving conditions.
3. Identify regime shifts, key inflection points, and risk events as they unfold.
4. Support trade execution by validating setups against predefined research frameworks.

B. Research-to-Execution Translation
1. Convert research insights into actionable market scenarios.
2. Assist in defining if–then decision trees and probability-weighted outcomes.
3. Continuously update trade bias as new data, news, or market structure changes occur.
4. Ensure execution aligns with research logic rather than emotional or reactive decision-making.

C. Scenario Planning & Decision Frameworks
1. Build and maintain scenario matrices (bull / base / bear / tail risk).
2. Map market behavior to pre-defined decision frameworks.
3. Evaluate trade outcomes and update frameworks based on live feedback loops.
4. Assist in stress-testing assumptions during volatile or uncertain conditions.

D. Data Handling & Market Intelligence
1. Work with live market data, dashboards, and execution tools.
2. Track macro events, earnings, policy decisions, and market microstructure signals.
3. Summarize market intelligence into concise internal updates during and after market hours.

E. Daily Market Updates & Execution Logs
1. Provide structured daily market updates (pre-market, intraday, post-market).
2. Maintain execution logs, decision rationales, and post-trade analysis.
3. Highlight what worked, what failed, and why — with focus on process improvement.
4. Required Skill Set

F. Pre-market:
1. Review overnight market action and key global cues
2. Prepare scenario maps and execution biases

G. During market hours:
1. Monitor live markets and key levels
2. Update scenarios as conditions evolve
3. Support trade execution decisions aligned with research

H. Post-market:
1. Document decisions, outcomes, and deviations
2. Review framework performance
3. Prepare insights for next trading session

This is a decision-intensive, markets-live role with real accountability to process and outcomes.
