About the Internship
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented finance intern to join our team. As a finance intern, you will be responsible for supporting our finance and accounting team in day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in pursuing a career in finance or accounting.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage Zoho Books for accounting purposes, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
2. Reconcile invoices from various sources with credit card, bank statements, and invoice clients accordingly.
3. Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
4. Support month-end closing procedures.
5. Ensure timely statutory compliance, such as TDS, PF, PT, and GST.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
7. Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.
