About the Internship

Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Sales Intern to support our School Business Development team. The intern will be responsible for visiting schools, presenting our IIT Foundation & Olympiad offerings, building relationships with school decision-makers, and supporting institutional sales growth.
This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure to field sales, B2B marketing, and education sector business development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. School Outreach & Lead Generation
Visit assigned schools and meet Principals, Academic Coordinators, and Management.
Introduce and present IIT Foundation & Olympiad program offerings.
Generate and maintain a database of prospective schools.
Schedule follow-up meetings and product demonstrations.
2. Product Promotion & Presentation
Explain features, academic benefits, and competitive advantages of:
IIT Foundation Study Materials
Olympiad Preparation Books
Olympiad Examination Programs
Conduct short presentations or demo sessions for school management.
Address queries related to syllabus alignment, pricing, and implementation.
3.  Relationship Building
Build strong rapport with school stakeholders.
Maintain regular follow-ups for closures and renewals.
Support onboarding of new partner schools.
4. Sales & Reporting
Assist in achieving monthly outreach and conversion targets.
Submit daily visit reports and lead tracking updates.
Provide feedback from schools to improve product positioning.
