About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Oversee overall factory operations, cleanliness, and discipline
2. Ensure compliance with FSSAI norms and food safety standards
3. Manage waste management systems across the facility
4. Implement dry waste segregation practices
5. Define, handle, and dispose of wastes appropriately
6. Manage plastic waste, recycling, and disposal processes
7. Maintain high hygiene standards among factory employees
8. Enforce personal hygiene and proper dressing protocols
9. Ensure a clean and safe working environment at all times
10. Implement and monitor FIFO practices for sweets and food products
11. Control and minimize wastage of raw materials and finished goods
12. Manage inventory, stock rotation, and waste reduction processes
13. Oversee water management and efficient usage practices
14. Supervise pest control measures for rats and cockroaches
15. Monitor the frequency and effectiveness of pest control services
16. Ensure product quality, safety, and consistency
17. Oversee the discarding and recycling of damaged or expired products
