About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Review ad performance reports on a daily basis and adjust budgets according to results
2. Launch and publish Meta ads regularly using creatives shared by the video team
3. Set up, duplicate, and optimize ad campaigns, ad sets, and creatives
4. Continuously test fresh creatives and make scaling or pausing decisions purely based on data
5. Track conversion performance (from traffic to purchases) and spot any funnel drop-offs
6. Handle ad spend responsibly, as even small errors can lead to financial loss
7. Follow strict processes with high attention to detail, consistency, and discipline in execution
