About the Internship
We are looking for a dynamic Event Management intern to join our team at Earthenechoes India (OPC) Private Limited. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of events, from corporate functions to social gatherings.Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish
2. Manage client relationships and ensure their needs are met
3. Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless event logistics
4. Utilize MS-Office, Canva, and other tools to create presentations and promotional materials
5. Support operations by handling administrative tasks and maintaining event budgets
6. Utilize MS-Excel to track event data and analyze performance metrics
7. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall event experience for attendees
