The entrepreneur-in-residence (EIR) program is designed for aspiring founders who want hands-on exposure to building businesses from the ground up rather than participating in routine internships.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research and analyze market gaps within traditional service industries
2. Build zero-to-one operational models for early-stage and stealth concepts
3. Conduct field visits in Chennai to collect real-world data and insights
4. Execute assigned tasks using a structured, high-accountability scorecard system
5. Support strategic thinking and execution within the founder’s office environment
