About the Internship
As an 'Educational Consultant Intern' at Overseas Admit, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with our team to assist students in achieving their academic goals through effective communication and professional development. Your strong interpersonal skills and English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be vital in guiding students through the admissions process. Proficiency in MS-Word and MS-Excel will also be key in organizing and analyzing student data. Join us in helping students reach their full potential and gain admission to top universities abroad!Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Call new leads within 5 minutes.
2. Provide detailed information about IELTS, PTE, and Spoken English courses.
3. Share fee structures, batch schedules, and demo timings.
4. Schedule demo classes via WhatsApp.
5. Send follow-up messages to prospects.
6. Update lead statuses in the Google Sheet.
7. Communicate with students to understand their academic goals and recommend suitable programs.
8. Guide students through overseas university application procedures, deadlines, and requirements.
9. Conduct workshops and seminars on professional development and study skills.
10. Assist in preparing and reviewing application materials, including resumes, essays, and recommendation letters.
11. Coordinate with team members to organize informational events and campus visits.
12. Maintain accurate records using MS Word and MS Excel to track student progress and outcomes.
13. Stay updated on international education trends and suggest improvements to enhance student services.
