About the Internship
We are looking for an e-commerce operations trainee to support day-to-day marketplace operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto. This role involves learning and assisting with order processing, shipment creation, invoicing, reporting, and coordination with internal and external teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support daily marketplace operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto.
2. Assist in creating and managing purchase orders (POs) on marketplaces.
3. Help with invoice creation, upload, and reconciliation.
4. Coordinate PO appointments for order fulfillment.
5. Assist in generating shipment labels and dispatch documentation.
6. Work with warehouse/depot teams to track inventory levels.
7. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
8. Support in resolving operational issues and escalations.
