About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Seller onboarding & registration:
1. Guide and assist sellers in the onboarding process, ensuring smooth registration on the seller platform.
2. Verify and validate seller documents for compliance with ONDC and platform policies.
3. Troubleshoot any registration issues and coordinate with the internal team for resolution.
B. Compliance & licensing support:
1. Assist sellers in obtaining essential business certifications such as GST, Udyam, and FSSAI.
2. Maintain records of seller compliance and ensure timely renewals of licenses.
3. Stay updated with regulatory requirements and inform sellers about necessary compliance measures.
C. Product cataloging & listing optimization:
1. Work closely with sellers to gather product details and ensure accurate cataloging.
2. Optimize product listings with high-quality metadata, descriptions, and images to enhance discoverability.
3. Ensure all product listings comply with the platform and ONDC guidelines.
D. Inventory & order management:
1. Monitor and update inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
2. Assist sellers in planning stock replenishment based on demand patterns.
3. Oversee order processing and fulfillment, ensuring timely dispatch and coordination with logistics providers.
4. Ensure sellers maintain adequate packaging quality and labeling standards.
E. Seller support & relationship management:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for sellers regarding operational and administrative queries.
2. Conduct training sessions and workshops for sellers on best practices in e-commerce.
3. Monitor seller performance and suggest improvements for better efficiency and sales growth.
