About the Internship
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented e-commerce intern to support and learn end-to-end operations across multiple global online marketplaces. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their e-commerce career and eager to gain hands-on experience under structured guidance.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support daily operations on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Target, Home Depot, and eBay
2. Assist in developing and optimizing product listings - titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and keywords
3. Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and competitor trends under supervision
4. Help with order processing, shipment creation, and tracking
5. Prepare basic performance reports and learn how to analyze advertising metrics
6. Handle customer queries, reviews, and return requests professionally
7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product content, pricing, and catalog updates
