About the Internship
We are the tech arm of a group company, started as a new initiative to build technology for India's underserved businesses. We are launching a B2B SaaS mobile app that helps small-mid business owners manage their day-to-day operations. The product is currently in pre-launch phase and expected to go live in approximately 2 months, starting from UP and expanding across India. We take deep pride in our culture, we move fast, stay honest, and treat every team member as a builder, not just an employee. You won't just be posting content. You'll be building a brand from absolute scratch, creating the entire digital identity, driving real business outcomes, and onboarding the first users who will shape the product. This is a founding-team level role. If you prove yourself, expect exponential growth tied directly to the business milestones you help achieve.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Build and manage the brand’s social media presence from scratch across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
2. Create and publish Hindi and English content tailored to real business owners, ensuring clarity and authenticity.
3. Plan and execute digital user acquisition campaigns before and after product launch.
4. Drive beta tester outreach and manage onboarding through digital channels.
5. Support offline marketing initiatives such as newspaper ads, leaflets, and city-level campaigns through digital coordination.
6. Develop and nurture WhatsApp communities to strengthen engagement and retention.
7. Track weekly performance metrics, analyze results, and iterate strategies for continuous improvement.
