About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Content planning (regional/language-specific)
2. Social media posting & ad coordination
3. Use AI tools for automation & content refinement
4. Basic design work (using Canva)
5. Support SEO & email campaigns
6. Activities like using CRMs to track website visitors and enhance outreach
7. LinkedIN and email outreach
8. Automation workflows
9. Inbound SEO and Marketing orchestration
Stipend Structure:
1. 1st one month will be a part-time Internship and on a performance-based pay band, where you will receive 100rs per task. Once we are satisfied with your performance during the 1st month, we will convert you into a fixed pay band from the 2nd month of your internship. *This transition can happen within a month if your performance is satisfactory during 1-2 weeks of your internship.*
2. From the 2nd month, your pay will be decided depending on your availability in the day, i.e., Full Time (6-7 hours of work timings and make sure that you are available for 3 hrs between 5 pm to 10 pm. The remaining 3-4 hrs can be in anytime of the Day)
If you choose a Part-Time Internship, you should be available for 3- 4 hours in a day. 3 hrs between 5 pm to 10 pm would be preferable.
FT → 8k to 10k per month
PT → 4k to 5k per month
