About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Maintain and update records in Excel to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
2. Track and log daily activities of team members, follow up on deadlines, and update status reports for ongoing projects.
3. Generate and track new leads on LinkedIn, and collaborate with pre-sales/sales teams to hand over qualified leads and monitor progress on previously shared leads.
4. Manage relationships with leads to ensure their queries are addressed until they are handed over to the sales/pre-sales team.
5. Collate customer data from multiple sources (start-ups, companies) and organize it into a Master Customer Database.
6. Deduplicate and merge all data to create a single, comprehensive database.
7. Classify records into acquired, with competition, and open prospects using CRM records and team input.
8. Collate and organize contact details of decision-makers from internal and external data sources into this database.
9. Update the database with new prospects and ensure its accuracy and completeness.
10. Call start-up founders and decision-makers to conduct demand mapping surveys.
