About the Internship
ScoreUp Celebrations is a tech-driven ecosystem by ScoreUp Sports, designed to streamline end-to-end event management. We are seeking high-energy interns to bridge the gap between our platform, our vendors, and our customers through seamless on-ground execution.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Stakeholder Management: Onboard and manage relationships with a diverse network of vendors and partners across Bengaluru.
2. Query Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for customer and vendor escalations, ensuring 100% satisfaction.
3. On-Ground Coordination: Travel extensively within the city for site visits, vendor audits, and real-time event support.
4. Process Improvement: Capture field feedback to refine our platform’s user experience and internal workflows
