About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to enhance their experience.
2. Utilize CRM software to track client interactions and update relevant information.
3. Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote our services.
4. Assist in creating and implementing email marketing campaigns to engage clients and drive sales.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
6. Prepare reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels to improve our services.
7. Support the customer success team in various tasks to ensure smooth operations and client retention.
