About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, product) to address client needs.
2. Drive renewals, retention, and identify upsell or growth opportunities.
3. Maintain CRM records, track account performance, and prepare reports.
4. Monitor customer usage, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and check-ins.
6. Manage customer onboarding, training, and ensure smooth product adoption.
