About the Internship
We are looking for an experienced customer success executive to onboard customers and provide support to them.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Take ownership to onboard the customer by understanding the customer’s requirement and provide class-leading solutions
2. Provide product training to customers and coordinate with the customer on any issue that the customer faces while onboarding and resolve the same
3. Engage and coordinate internal groups as well as partners, as needed, to meet revenue targets & to maximize customer retention and adoption
4. Create and follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
5. Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
6. Gather feedback from customers for improvement of the product
