About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Success Intern who enjoys working with people, understands client needs, and wants to learn how long-term client relationships are actually built not just handled.

This is not a "sit-and-respond" internship.
You'll be working closely with real clients inside a fast-moving digital agency and learning how customer success drives retention, growth, and trust.

What You'll Be Doing
*Assisting in managing client communication and follow-ups
*Supporting onboarding of new clients and project handovers
*Coordinating between clients and internal teams (SEO, PPC, content, dev)
*Tracking client requirements, timelines & deliverables
*Helping prepare client updates, reports & basic documentation
*Monitoring client satisfaction and flagging issues early
*Supporting renewals, upsell conversations & retention efforts
*Maintaining client records, trackers & communication logs
*Sharing ideas to improve client experience and processes (yes, your ideas matter)

What You'll Learn (Training Provided)
*How agency-level customer success processes are managed

*Understanding digital marketing services from a client's perspective
*Handling feedback, expectations & escalations professionally
*Reporting, coordination & service delivery workflows

Internship Details
Type: Full-Time Internship
Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Days: Monday to Friday
Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur (Onsite)
