About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Monitoring: Track brand mentions, reviews, and comments across social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), forums, and Google reviews.
Engagement: Respond to customer queries, reviews, and comments in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner.
Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sentiment, track trends, and assist in creating reports on brand reputation and competitive landscape.
Crisis Management: Identify potential reputation threats or negative publicity early and escalate to the appropriate team.
Content Support: Assist in developing positive content to improve online visibility and sentiment.
Collaboration: Work with Sales and marketing teams to address negative feedback and improve customer experience
