Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Handle basic customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
2. Provide updates regarding order status and delivery timelines.
3. Assist in resolving customer queries by coordinating with internal teams.
4. Support post-delivery follow-ups and feedback collection.
5. Assist in tracking order processing and dispatch status.
6. Support reporting and data management using MS Excel.
