About the Internship
We are hiring a course support executive to own learner support for the Indian Farmer courses. This role handles all course-related queries end-to-end and is accountable for response quality, turnaround time, learner clarity, and building systems, so support runs smoothly and scales without dependency. This is a high-ownership, process-driven role requiring patience and empathy.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Learner support: Handle all course-related queries via calls, email, WhatsApp, LMS, and support tools. Resolve issues related to login, access, navigation, payments, and general course usage
2. Response quality & timelines: Ensure clear, accurate, and timely responses. Maintain zero backlog and follow defined escalation protocols
3. Process & automation: Create reusable email, WhatsApp, and call templates. Convert repeated queries into FAQs, guides, and standard responses to reduce manual effort
4. AI & system enablement: Support implementation and training of AI-based chatbots for learner queries. Prepare, structure, and maintain clean datasets required for chatbot accuracy and continuous improvement
5. Documentation & reporting: Build and maintain support SOPs, escalation workflows, issue trackers, and documentation standards to ensure support quality scales without dependency. Share a structured monthly report covering query volume, resolution time, recurring issues, and improvements made
