About the Internship
Key Responsibilities:• Content Strategy & Creation:
o Lead content creation efforts across Eshopbox’s digital platforms (website, blogs, social media,
email campaigns, video series, etc.).
o Develop and execute content strategies that align with Eshopbox’s business goals and marketing
objectives.
• Editorial Planning & Execution:
o Develop and manage an editorial calendar to ensure timely publication of high-quality content.
o Ensure content is optimized for search, relevant to target audiences, and maintains consistent
quality, tone, and brand voice.
• Content Distribution & Visibility:
o Plan and execute content distribution strategies to maximize content reach and engagement
across multiple channels.
o Increase brand visibility by utilizing effective outreach campaigns and content partnerships.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting:
o Analyze the performance of content marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights based
on performance data.
o Use analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, engagement metrics, and ROI.
• SEO & Optimization:
o Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, improving organic traffic and search rankings.
o Collaborate with the SEO team to continually improve the content's visibility in search engines.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with the design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the content strategy supports
all functions effectively.
o Proactively contribute to team discussions and brainstorming sessions for new content ideas.
• Leadership & Project Management:
o Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
o Mentor and guide junior content creators or interns (if applicable), ensuring high standards of
content quality.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in content marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment or
working with B2B clients.
• Educational Background:
o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Skills & Competencies:
o Expertise in crafting engaging, well-researched, and grammatically accurate content.
o Strong understanding of SEO tools and strategies to enhance organic traffic.
o Demonstrated ability to lead content marketing efforts and create multi-channel content
strategies.
o Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
o Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively
collaborate across teams.
