About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Write podcast episode titles, descriptions, and show notes
2. Identify strong hooks, highlights, and key moments from podcast transcripts
3. Create teaser scripts (15s, 30s, 45s, 60s) with impactful messaging
4. Assist in structuring podcast narratives for better audience retention.
5. Write reel scripts, hooks, captions, and CTAs for Instagram, YouTube shorts, and LinkedIn
6. Convert long-form podcast content into snackable, scroll-stopping reels
7. Suggest on-screen text ideas that align with fast-paced editing
